Camelot by-the-Water is a luxurious riverside resort style condominium set in lush landscaped foliage capturing the resort feel of the Mediterranean with views of the Central Business District.
The client brief included total renovation of the apartment including a cohesive designer touch with each room having it’s own character yet fitting into the overall theme and aesthetic.
We developed a mood board with shades of a sophisticated sea scape inspired colour palette including textures and shades of sandy beige, turquoise, teal green, royal blue in furniture, fixtures, accessories, lighting and design details.
For the living and dining zones we used a mix of bespoke custom designed and sourced statement furniture with Balinese, Chinese, Italian and Scandinavian accents to create a unique eclectic aesthetic within which we carefully placed the client’s artwork.
We extended the aesthetic to the alfresco space with a relaxed vibe with outdoor wicker furniture and nature inspired wall art. Custom wardrobes in bedrooms with a neat uncluttered look in the children’s bedroom with bright yellow accents add cheer to the arrangement.
For the bathrooms we created a soothing neutral palette of materials in different combinations with a continuous theme in the five bathrooms and brown tinted mirror cabinetry and under-counter lighting for an upscale look.
We designed a modern kitchen with a full height larder unit and gloss laminate and wood veneer shutters to reflect light and create a efficient and well planned storage space.
